A: Open communication is essential. It is what sets SRT apart from the

Q: I have a rather large job that needs to be completed in a rush. I can't wait
5-7 days for replication. Can SRT handle a larger run on a quick turn?
A: Since SRT has one of the largest DVD-R, CD-R, and Diskette output capacities
in the United States, we can handle larger ordersor RUSH turns in a timely
fashion. ot all companies are capable of meeting your deadlines as effectively.
Q: What kinds of printing options do I have for printing on the DVD/CD face, and
how do I set up the artwork.
A: SRT has a variety of print options that are both cost effective and
professional looking. These include, Silk Screening, Offset Printing, Color or
B&W Thermal Printing, and Laser Printing. You may download an art template from
our templates section so you may set up your artwork correctly.
Q: I'm looking for a special type of packaging, can SRT help?
A: We provide you with the resources to fit any need you may have. We are well
versed in the many packaging options available. We will help you determine what
may work best, be most cost effective, and/or provide the greatest visual
impact.
Q: I need help with my graphic design, can SRT help me here as well?
A: If you need help, SRT has fulltime graphics artists on staff, and can help
you with your design or create unique custom deigns from scratch. SRT's
expertise in this area can save you valuable time and money.
Q: I want to make sure that the discs will be of the highest quality, and that I
don't need to worry about them working correctly once I distribute them. What
does SRT do to ensure quality discs?
A: You are talking about something we in the industry call "INTERCHANGE", the
ability of the discs we produce being able to play on virtually all DVD/CD
drives. While your original master may work on your computer, it may not meet
quality standards ensuring playability across a wide spectrum of computers. SRT
tests the physical and optical parameters of all incoming masters utilizing
special testing equipment to make sure that the copies produced will be of the
highest quality.
